Josh's new office

Josh moved to a new office closer to downtown Bend. He was sharing space with an insurance agency on the south side of town, but has now moved in to an office with other attorneys. Because the building has so much personality, and now he had to buy office furniture, we thought we would try to make it look nice while using the smallest budget possible.
The office door. It has the "S" for "super"... or Schreiner. We're going to try and paint the door, because it looks a little blotchy.

It was hard to get the lighting right, because of the double doors in the back, which open up to a balcony.
Little lighter. Like the air return in the floor? It is an old house, so it's cool that there even AC in it!
bookshelf with BAR/BRI books, clocks, a painting by Alicia.
This bare corner to the right is now filled with a chandelier that Alicia made.* See below for chandelier.
This desk better stay with the room, because these desks weren't made to go up stairs!
Last night we had the adult session of stake conference. Afterwards we went back to the office to hang the chandelier that Alicia made. It is really bright! You can see that it was pretty late.
Josh calls it the Sea Anemone. Alicia made it out of wax paper and, well, another lamp shade. Pretty cool, huh?

Looks nice. I love those old houses. And the chandelier looks great, too.

Yeah, Alicia gets crafty at times. and this project turned out really well. I hope clients don't get tangled up in it!
